Windows Server, Cisco & SoftEther Network Lab
Graduation project: two-site Windows Server & Cisco infrastructure
Completed
100%
Description
My graduation project expanded a Windows/Hyper-V lab into two logical sites with six VLANs, multiple domain controllers, Linux/KVM, EVE-NG, SoftEther Layer-2 transport, shared iSCSI storage, a two-node file server cluster and integrated monitoring. I documented troubleshooting for duplicate gateway/ARP conflicts, missing traffic, DHCP relay and storage discovery in a 15-page German report.
Architecture
Site 1 Windows Server / Hyper-V ↔ SoftEther / br-eve ↔ EVE-NG Cisco routing ↔ Site 2 Linux/KVM + AD/DNS/DHCP + iSCSI + two-node file server cluster.

Implementation Roadmap
Build two logical sites with six VLANs, multiple domain controllers and routed Windows/Linux lab networks.
Connect Hyper-V and Linux/EVE-NG through SoftEther and validate Layer-2 transport and routing.
Add shared iSCSI storage, a two-node file server cluster and infrastructure monitoring.
Document and troubleshoot gateway/ARP, DHCP relay, packet-flow and storage-discovery problems.
